With over a decade of experience in the tech industry, I am a seasoned M&A broker at WebsiteClosers.com, the world's largest Tech & Internet Business Brokerage firm. My mission is to help tech entrepreneurs and business owners like yourselves achieve your liquidity and exit goals while maximizing your returns. I work directly with business owners to identify all of the company’s differentiating factors and to ensure the company’s financials are in good shape for a sale to maximize deal value. Furthermore, not only will I represent your business from A to Z throughout the entire M&A process and work with you every step of the way to ensure you get the best deal possible, but I will also work with the buyer of your company to help them finance the transaction and ultimately get the deal done.

I was an engineer by trade, having attended college in the Midwest and studied computer science in undergrad. I started my career at Deloitte Consulting in Chicago and New York advising Fortune 100 clients on business and technology transformation projects. After a two-year stint with Deloitte, I went to study finance at MIT Sloan School of Management and subsequently worked at Dimensional Fund Advisors (DFA), a quantitative investment fund headquartered in Austin, TX with over $500B in AUM founded by economics Nobel laureate Eugene Fama. After a year working in investment management, I realized that software was eating the world so I packed my bag and moved to Silicon Valley to join HomeLight, a VC-backed tech startup as one of its first 20 Early Employees. I was a jack of all trades and worked hand-in-hand with the founders across multiple domains including user acquisition, product management, software development and business operations to successfully scale the company from less than $1M/year in revenue run-rate to over $5M/year in less than 3 years, raising over $300M in venture capital funding in the process. After a successful exit from the tech startup world, I worked at Amazon where I focused on enterprise software sales and product management in its Cloud business. It was during this time that I became intrigued by Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) and started searching for companies to acquire. I made a few LOIs but all failed due diligence. The experience helped me realize I have a knack for deal making and ultimately propelled me to become a broker with WebsiteClosers.com.

I received my bachelor's degree in computer science from Washington University in St. Louis, and a master's degree in finance from MIT Sloan School of Management.
